Refund policy
At 7 Decore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality, well-packaged products that match your expectations. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a clear and fair process.
1. Return & Refund Window
- We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- After 7 days, no return or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) included.
- The return must be requested and approved before shipping the item back.
- Do not send back any items without return approval, as such returns will be rejected.
3. Return Scenarios
A. Product Received as Ordered, But You Want to Return It
- If the product is not damaged, and you received exactly what you ordered, but still wish to return it:
- You must ship the product to our address at your own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the product and confirm it is undamaged and unused, a refund will be initiated.
B. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- If the product is damaged or different from what you ordered, you must:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at 7decore@gmail.com.
- Mandatory: Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect product at the time of opening the package.
- No complaint will be accepted without an unboxing video, and such returns will not be considered valid.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned product and complete inspection.
- If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, your bank or payment gateway may take extra time to reflect the refund.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is:
- Return the original product (if eligible and approved).
- Place a new order for the desired item.
6. European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, provided the product remains unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
